Hiram Anthony Raldiris is a Senior Trial Attorney and native New Yorker of Puerto Rican descent who lived his formative years in the Soundview section of the Bronx. While attending college, he worked part time as a professional drummer and is proud to count himself among the lucky few who performed on stage at the legendary CBGB's in New York City. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the State University of New York at New Paltz, he was awarded the John J. Schumacher Minority Leadership Scholarship at Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California where he graduated at the top of his class in the accelerated two year SCALE program.

After law school, Mr. Raldiris worked in the Los Angeles County District Attorneys office where he worked exclusively on the prosecution of drunk driving homicides. He authored the General Office Memorandum setting forth the guidelines for the filing of Second Degree murder charges in drunk driving homicide cases. During this time he also wrote an influential article on prosecuting drunk driving homicides published in the Journal of the California District Attorneys Association.

Mr. Raldiris is the former litigation partner of the Los Angeles personal injury law firm of Sobol & Raldiris, where he represented thousands of personal injury victims in all types of personal injury cases. He also prosecuted precedent setting cases in the area of insurance bad faith, fighting and winning cases against powerful insurance companies who had refused to pay policy holders for benefits covered under insurance policies. He lectured on the topic of the prosecution of insurance bad faith cases arising out of Uninsured Motorist claims to other attorneys at the California State convention of the Consumers Attorneys Association of California (Formerly the California Trial Lawyers Association).

Mr. Raldiris eventually returned home to New York City where he has been representing personal injury victims for the last twenty years. He is an accomplished Trial Attorney with over thirty years of experience who has secured millions of dollars of jury verdicts for his clients. He is delighted to be back home in the Bronx, fighting for the compensation of personal injury victims as a member of Pena & Kahn.
