Claire M. Garcia is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. She earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 1994 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1995. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Ms. Garcia began her undergraduate studies at Syracuse University’s SI Newhouse School of Public Communications before completing her degree at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where she graduated magna cum laude.
With a strong commitment to advocacy, Ms. Garcia is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and has dedicated her career to representing plaintiffs in complex personal injury and medical malpractice cases.
