Michael Wells is a seasoned trial attorney who has been with Peña & Kahn, PLLC since 2011. He focuses his practice on representing victims of construction accidents, serious motor vehicle collisions, and general negligence claims. His expertise has resulted in numerous million-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Wells earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law School in 1995 after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Vermont. He was admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut in 1995 and is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Before joining Peña & Kahn, he was an associate at one of New York's largest personal injury law firms, gaining extensive experience in complex litigation. He is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York, Bronx, and Kings County Bar Associations.
