Myles Brawer

Myles Brawer is a dedicated attorney with a strong background in education and law. Before attending law school, he taught social studies in New York City public high schools, bringing a passion for analytical thinking and philosophy into his legal practice. He earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where he was awarded a Merit Scholarship. He also holds a B.A. in History (cum laude) and an M.S. in Education (cum laude).

Myles has gained valuable legal experience through internships with both federal and state court judges, including the Southern District of New York and the New York State Supreme Court. Additionally, as the Notes & Articles Editor for the Environmental Law Review. He is admitted to the New York State Bar, Appellate Division, First Department (2025).

His practice focuses on medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. Notably, he was involved in securing a $2.5 million jury award in a medical malpractice case in Kings Supreme Court.
An active member of the New York State Bar Association and The Federalist Society, Myles also has a range of personal interests. He holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boasts an 1800 ranking in chess, and was named Most Valuable Player on his high school varsity basketball team.
