Stephanie M. Gallo joined Pena & Kahn in 2022.  She earned her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan Thomas M. Cooley Law School and holds an undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University.

Ms. Gallo is a dedicated attorney with extensive experience and has focused her practice in the area of personal injury litigation and currently represents victims of construction accidents, motor vehicle collisions, premises and general negligence cases. Ms. Gallo began her career working with insurance defense firms in the New York City area, which provided her with invaluable insight, which assists her in her practice today.

Stephanie is admitted to practice in New York (1995) and New Jersey (1999) and is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a member of the Bronx County Bar Association.
