Nahathai Kiativinyu is a legal advisor with expertise in corporate law, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Chulalongkorn University and a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School.
She has advised on major transactions, including the international IPO of Central Retail Corporation and the business acquisition of U City Public Company Limited, and has published works on IPO regulations and payment laws in Asia. Currently, her practice focuses on premises liability and municipal liability, with additional experience in labor law, civil liability, and medical malpractice. She is admitted to the New York State Bar (First Department) in 2025.
A registered notarial service attorney, Nahathai is a member of the Lawyer Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association and has provided legal analysis for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees and various nonprofit organizations. She has also participated in the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot and spoken at the IPO Focus Forum at the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
