Philip M. Aglietti is a strategic, results-driven attorney with nearly 40 years of litigation experience. He has a proven track record in trials, arbitrations, and settlements, having previously served as Senior Litigation Attorney and In-House Counsel for Progressive and Hanover Insurance Companies. His extensive experience includes conducting depositions, drafting motions, and managing cases from inception through verdict in State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Aglietti currently leads the motor vehicle accident team at Peña & Kahn, PLLC, leveraging his deep knowledge of insurance defense strategies to advocate for accident victims. He earned his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in 1985 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from St. John’s University (1982).
Admitted to the New York State Bar in 1986, Mr. Aglietti is also licensed to practice in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and before the United States Supreme Court.
