Edward John Robinson is an accomplished attorney with a strong background in both prosecution and civil litigation. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University at Albany.

Before joining Pena & Kahn, Edward served as an Assistant District Attorney for over five years, where he handled a range of misdemeanor offenses and felony narcotics cases. Now, his practice focuses on premises liability, including ceiling collapses and sidewalk trip-and-fall cases, as well as municipal liability claims, such as excessive force matters and brain damage claims.
