Ms. Garcia is a senior associate at the firm. As an undergraduate, Ms. Garcia attended Syracuse University where she was a student at the SI Newhouse School of Public Communications. 

She completed her undergraduate education at John Jay College of Criminal Justice where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She graduated from St. John's University School of Law in 1994.
