Raafat S. Toss
Raafat is a senior associate at the firm. After graduating New York Law School in 1995, he worked for the American Civil Liberties Union fighting for the rights of individuals.
Since then, he has represented both corporate and individual clients in several areas of the law. With the White House and State Department's tactic support, Raafat became one of a handful of attorneys who met in Paris, London and New York to negotiate with Libyan representatives to resolve the Pan Am 103 Lockerbie disaster, which finally settled for $2.6 billion.
