Mr. Aglietti is a strategic, results-oriented attorney with a solid and successful background in litigation. His background includes serving as Senior Litigation Attorney as In-House Counsel for Progressive and Hanover Insurance Companies. Over 30 years experience conducting depositions, drafting motions and preparing and handling cases from inception through verdicts. He possesses extensive trial experience with successful arbitration and trial results.

     Mr. Aglietti currently leads the motor vehicle accident team for Peña & Kahn, taking advantage of his many years of experience working for car insurance companies.
