Eric Gottfried is an experienced litigator with over 26 years of assisting those injured by the negligence of others.  He has had over a dozen published Appellate Division decisions, settlements and verdicts. Mr Gottfried has been featured as a legal consultant in a variety of local and national media as has lectured on the law at New York colleges and Continuing Legal Education seminars.
